Mature Male
"Phormingochilus sp. "Akcaya": This large and colorful arboreal species was first made available to the U.S. hobby in 2019 and is still very rarely offered/bred in the U.S. Expect females to grow to 6.75" to 7.25". Females mature at 6" to 6.25". This is a super fast, highly aggressive, agile, and potentially medically significant species, so it is only for advanced hobbyists. This species originates from tropical rainforests of Indonesia (West Kalimantan Province is located in the western part of the island of Borneo). The yellow carapace is a delight to the eyes with a interesting tiger pattern and orange hairs on their abdomens. They have long legs in gray with black femurs and thin, orange leg bands on their knees."
