1.1 PURCHASES

At Jdvenomousreptiles we strive to provide a smooth and hassle-free shopping experience for our customers. Below are the terms and conditions that govern all purchases made on our website.

1.1.1 Jdvenomousreptiles, works on a strictly ethical first come, first serve basis, and all animals for sale, remain for sale, up until a deposit or full payment is received.

1.1.2 All animals for sale are not tame, and are only handled during routine cleaning whilst in the care of Jdvenomousreptiles.

1.1.3 Jdvenomousreptiles, is an online and walk-in business, and all transactions are done digitally. Should customers wish to collect the animals or products at the shop, this can be arranged, by setting up an appointment to meet at the shops location, on the condition that the purchase must be paid in full before animal or products leaves Jdvenomousreptiles Facility.

1.1.4 Payment Terms

1.1.4.1 Payment Methods : We accept cash or electronic fund transactions. Note : When using EFT , please make immediate payment so there is no delay in processing your order .

1.1.4.2 Payment Processing : All payments are processed in real-time , and you will receive an email confirmation of your payment once it clears in Jdvenomousreptiles account.

1.1.4.3 Payment Security : Our website uses SSL Encryption , 3D Secure and Tokenization to ensure your payment information is secure .

1.2 ORDER PROCESSING

1.2 1 Order Confirmation : Once your order is placed , you will receive an email confirmation of your order.

1.2.2 Order Processing Time : We strive to process all orders within 24-48 Hours after order is placed.

1.3 CANCELLATION ON ORDER

1.3.1 Failure to follow through with order , after order is created and invoice has been sent , will result in a warning from Jdvenomousreptiles. After 3 warnings have been issued , client will be banned to make any purchase from Jdvenomousreptiles and will be added to a BLACKLISTED GROUP.

1.3.2 After first warning have been issued due to cancelation of order , the customer/client will no longer be eligable for future lay buyes/or holds on products and livestock.

1.3.3 Jdvenomousreptiles will not tolerate any wasteage of resources including but not limited to , time , marketing and bussiness management resources.

Governing Law

This purchase policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Gauteng , South Africa. Any disputes arising out of or related to this policy shall be resolved through the National Consumer Commision Of South Africa.

Changes to Purchase Policy :

We reserve the right to modify or update this Purchase Policy at any time without notice.

By placing an order with Jdvenomousreptiles , via Whatsapp, Facebook , Instagram , Tik Tok or via Website , including above mentioned but not limited to , you acknowledge that you have read , understood , and agreed to be bound by this Purchase Policy.

2.PAYMENTS

At Jdvenomousreptiles , we strive to provide a convenient and secure payment process for our customers . Below are the terms and conditions which governs all payments made to Jdvenomousreptiles.

2.1 The responsibility lies with the customer to ensure that you have the funds available to commit to the transaction, before commencing with the purchase transaction.

2.2 When sending payment you agree to all terms and conditions described by Jdvenomousreptiles . There will be no refunds once payment is send .

2.3 Jdvenomousreptiles is not in the position to refund purchases, as a result of customers failing to obtain the permission required to keep the reptile, such as Landlords or Parents.

2.4 Accepted Payment Methods

2.4.1 Bank Transfers : We accept Electronic Fund Transfers. Note : Please make immediate payment to ensure there is no delay on processing your order.

2.4.2 Cash : We accept cash transactions for All orders as well.

2.5 Payment Processing

2.5.1 Real-time Processing : All payments are processed in real-time , and you will receive an email confirmation of your payment , once cleared in Jdvenomousreptiles account.

2.5.2 Secure Payment Gateway : Our website uses a secure payment gateway that ensures that your payment information is protected.

2.5.3 Payment Verification : We may verify your payment information to prevent fraudulent transactions.

2.6 Payment Terms

2.6.1 Full Payment : Full payment is required before Jdvenomousreptiles ship your order , and in respective of cash sales , order needs to be paid in full before leaving Jdvenomousreptiles facility.

2.6.2 Deposit : For certain products or orders , we may require a deposit to secure your purchase.

2.6.3 Payment Plans : We may offer payment plans for certain products or orders , please contact us for more information.

2.7 Refunds and Cancellations

2.7.1 Refunds : Please refer to Refund Policy.

2.7.2 Cancellations : Please refer to Cancellation Policy.

2.8 Taxes and Fees

2.8.1 Tax : We charge 15% Sales Tax on All Orders.

2.8.2 Fees : We do not charge fees for most payment methods. However , some online payments may incur a small fee.

3. BOOKING / RESERVATION

At Jdvenomousreptiles , we understand when purchasing animals and supplies requires careful planning. To ensure a smooth and successful transaction we have established the following Booking Policy :

3.1.1 Selection : Choose the animals or supplies you wish to purchase and add it to your cart on our online webstore @ jdvenomousreptiles.company.site .

3.1.2 Booking Fee : A deposit of 50% in total must be put down to hold any animal or product . Deposit includes shipping fee . Deposits are non refundable when received . Animals or products will not be switched around once deposit is made .

3.1.3 Payment Terms : After deposit of 50% is made , oustanding balance must be settled within 30 days or less , otherwise the booking / reservation agreement will be null and void and non refundable to the customer/client.

3.2.1 Cancellation Policy By Client :If a customer is unable, for any reason whatsoever, to follow through with a sales agreement, that has been agreed upon by both parties, all monies paid up to that point are forfeited, non-refundable, and the agreement will be null and void. This condition is applicable to all payment plan options, holding fee agreements, or animals that are awaiting collection for a long duration (30 Days or more) without any communication from the customer.

3.2.2 Cancellation Of Policy By Jdvenomousreptiles : We reserve the right to modify or terminate our booking policy at any given time without notice .

By proceeding with a booking you acknowledge that you have read , understood and agree to these terms of conditions suplied by Jdvenomousreptiles.

4. LAYBUYS

At Jdvenomousreptiles , we understand when purchasing animals and supplies can be a significant investment. To make it more manageable , we offer a laybuy option for eligible purchases.

Eligibility

Our laybuy option is available for purchases over R1000.00 ZAR and for select categories including the following :

-Tarantulas

-Lizards and Geckos

-Snakes

-Eco Terra

-Creatures and Critters

4.1 Laybuy Terms

4.1.1 Deposit : A non-refundable percentage of 20% is required to secure the laybuy.

4.1.2 Payment Schedule : The outstanding balance will be devided into 3 equal payments that needs to be paid by customer/client over 3 months upon agreed date.

Jdvenomousreptiles is happy to meet flexible payment plan agreements, according to the customer’s suitable budget. (Note: Once a payment plan has commenced, there will be no substitutes or alterations allowed, and all deposits and installment payments are non-refundable).

4.1.3 Payment Method : Payments will be made via Electronic Fund Transfer with customer/clients order number as refference.

4.1.4 Default : Failure to make payment on due date will result in a penalty fee of 5% of total cost on order. Repeated defaults may result in cancellation of order.

4.1.5 Cancellation : You may cancel your laybuy at any time in writing with your order number as heading on your email , mailed to jdvenomousreptiles@gmail.com . Please note your deposit is non-refundable.

4.2 Animal Welfare

When purchasing live animals on laybuy , please note the following :

4.2.1 Animals will not be dispatched untill full payment has been received.

4.2.2 We reserve the right to cancel the laybuy should we redeem it neccessary for the welfare of the animal.

4.3 Supply Delivery

4.3.1 For the supplies purchased on laybuy , we will dispatch the products once paid in full.

We reserve the right to modify or terminate our laybuy policy at any given time without notice.

By proceeding with laybuy , you acknowledge that you have read , understood , and agreed to these terms and conditions.

5. LOYALTY PROGRAM RULES

At Jdvenomousreptiles , we appreciate our loyal customers and would like to reward them for their continued support. Our loyalty program is designed to provide benefits and rewards to our valued customers.

5.1 Program Overview

5.1.2 Program Purpose : To reward our loyal customers for their purchases and engagement with our shop.

5.1.3 Program Membership : The program is open to all customers who open an account on our website.

5.2 Earning Stickers

5.2.1 Stickers System : Customers earn a sticker for every order purchased.

5.2.2 Stickers Value : 1 Sticker closer to 5 stickers and getting 30% OFF 6th Order.

5.2.3 Stickers Expiration : Stickers expire 12 months after they were earned or once customer claims 30% OFF on order.

5.3 Redeeming Stickers

5.3.1 Rewards : Stickers can be redeemed for discounts , FREE products and other rewards.

5.3.2 Rewards Catalog : a Catalog of available rewards are only visible to loyal customers sent via a link..

5.3.3 Redemption Process : Customers can redeem their discounts by sending their special loyalty card via whatsapp completed with 5 stickers to redeem their discount.

5.4 Program Benefits

5.4.1 : Exclusive Offers : Loyalty Program members will receive exclusive offers and discounts.

5.4.2 Early Access : Members will get early access to new products and sales.

5.5 Program Rules

5.5.1 Program Changes : Jdvenomousreptiles reserve the right to modify or terminate the Loyalty Program at any given time without notice.

5.5.2 Sticker Transfer : Stickers are non-transferable and cannot be combined with any other accounts.

5.5.3 Sticker Limitations : Stickers have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash.

6. Animal Care

6.1 Customers confirm that their motives line up with Jdvenomousreptiles, in ensuring that our number one priority, is to give our animals a high quality of life, and their needs are placed first.

6.2 Customers confirm that they have done their research on the specific animal species being purchased, and acknowledge having the basic knowledge, confidence and ability required to provide optimum care for the animal. (care, caging, temperature and humidity requirements).

6.3 Customers agree that they have made themselves familiar with where the nearest exotic veterinarian is located and acknowledge that they are aware of the costs involved, should your animal need medical attention. Please note that Jdvenomousreptiles is not qualified to assist.

6.4 Customers confirm that they have proper access to the correct food, hardware, PPE, and caging requirements in place, and that everything is ready for immediate safe housing.

6.4 Should Jdvenomousreptiles for any reason, not be able to supply the exact animal at the agreed upon time, we will offer an immediate and full refund, or the choice of an alternative order of equal value. (This condition is not applicable to circumstances that is beyond Jdvenomousreptiles control, such as delayed flights, weather conditions, or acts of God)

7.Venomous Snakes / Reptiles

7.1 Please keep in mind , some animals sold are venomous or poisonous and can cause injury or death .

7.2 Jdvenomousreptiles takes no responsability for any injury or death caused by the animal .

7.3 Customers purchasing venomous snakes, on signing these terms and conditions, confirm that they are aware that the snakes are venomous, and have adequate experience, and/or training in handling venomous reptiles. Customers also confirm that they have adequate caging, hardware and PPE requirements suited to safely handle venomous reptiles.

7.4 Terms And Conditions

7.4.1 Buyers should be egleast 18 years or older and sign a disclaimer.

7.4.2 All VENOMOUS/POISONOUS Animal sales will require a copy of Identification before purchase is made and animals leave Jdvenomousreptiles facility.

7.4.3 Extremly dangerous animals may also require copy of Snake Handling Certificate.

7.4.4 Please Note : Right of Sale Reserved on Venomous/Poisonous animals.

8. Enclosures

8.1 Enclosures are build on order : Takes 7-14 days. (First Come , First Serve Basis)

8.2 Glass Ordered On Mondays Of Every Week!

8.3 This item is FRAGILE and delivery terms to be arranged prior to shipping out or on collection.

8.4 Additional Shipping Charges Apply for packaging prior to shipping out.

8.5 NO WARRANTY on Shipped Orders.
