9. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

At Jdvenomousreptiles , we strive to provide fast and reliable shipping for our customers. Below are the details for our Shipping Policy :

9.1 Shipping Methods

9.1.1 We use Courier Guy or Pudo to ship and deliver our packages.

9.1.2 You have the option to book a pet courier (extra cost) or use the standard courier company. Shipping cost varies from door to door.

9.2 Shipping Rates

9.2.1 Our Shipping rates are calculated using the weight and dimensions on the package , as well as the destinations zip code.

9.3 Shipping Times

9.3.1 We Strive to ship all orders in a 24-48 hour timeframe of receipt. Once Shipped delivery times vary on your destinations zip code. Shipping is done Mondays-Wednesdays for all destinations zip code.

9.3.2 There are several ways to transport your purchase, should you not be in the position to collect directly from our premises in Pretoria, Gauteng or be able to collect your order within the shipping times , Jdvenomousreptiles can deliver for a fee of R4.84/km, on the agreement of a date and payment made upfront.

9.4 Live Animal Shipping

9.4.1 Life animals are shipped using a animal courier to ensure timely and safe delivery.

9.4.2 Live animals are packaged in secure , escape proof containers , with adequate ventilation and insulation.

9.4.3 Shipping delays do occur occasionally, but this is not something that happens very often. If a shipping delay occurs, we are not responsible for it. We can not be held accountable for any death(s) of animal(s) due to delays while in transit.

9.4.5 Live arrival is the only guarantee on all purchases. If for some reason the animal shall arrive dead, you will be refunded the cost of the animal but not the shipping. We are not responsible for anything that could happen after the animal arrives alive to your door step. We are not responsible for improper husbandry and so forth.

9.5 Tracking and Delivery

9.5.1 Once your order ships , you will receive an email or whatsapp with tracking information. Please use the tracking number to track the status of your parcel.

9.6 Delivery Issues

9.6.1 If the animal should arrive dead or have any issues, you must contact me within the first 30 minutes and include at least 5 pictures of the dead animal and one video of the animal.

9.6.2 If we are not informed within 30 minutes after delivery our agreement of sale terms will be voided and you will NOT be issued a refund for any problems that might occur or had occurred during transit.

9.6.3 If you are not home at the agreed upon arrival date to take in the animal and there are any issues, there will be no refund.

9.6.4 Jdvenomousreptiles can not be responsable for any damage or loss of your package after delivery , if not complying to above policy.

9.7 Shipping to PO Boxes

9.7.1 We do not ship to PO Boxes. Please provide a physical address.

9.8 International Shipping

9.8.1 Jdvenomousreptiles do not ship internationally at this time.

Changes to Shipping Policy

Jdvenomousreptiles , reserve the right to modify and update this shipping policy at any given time without notice.
