7. Payment Methods
7.1 Pay By Cash
7.1.1 Buyer pays seller for order placed , products and livestock purchased in cash , no surcharge fees apply.
7.2 Instant EFT
7.2.1 Buyer pays seller for order placed , products and livestock purchased using Payfast Instant EFT.
7.2.2 a 2% Surcharge Fee of total order is added.
7.3 Manual Transaction
7.3.1 Buyer pays seller for order placed , products and livestock purchased using manual transaction of buyers selected bank.
7.3.2 No surcharge fees apply.
8. Payment Plans
Paid in full purchases will be chosen over payment plans if inquired at the same time.
Payment plans are available for amount of R3000.00 and above in (12 weeks plan) . Deposit of 50% is required first . After 12 weeks (3 months) when last payment is made the animal will only be released to the buyer once payment is made in full .
If the animal is not paid in full by the initial agreed upon period you will be contacted. Failure to follow through with the payment plan will result in a required additional 10% total fee, required with the final payment. A warning will be issued and an additional 48hours will be given before the 10% is added. If the animal is not paid off within the additional 48hours, the 10% will be added to the final payment an additional 24hours will be given to make the final transaction. Failure to follow through with final notice, the animal will be placed back on the market and no refund will be executed.
*Winter Holds
Winter holds will only be allowed if stated so. The winter hold plans are the same as any other payment plan.
9. Shipping or Delivery
6.1 There are several ways to transport your purchase, should you not be in the position to collect directly from our premises in Pretoria, Gauteng.Jdvenomousreptiles can deliver for a fee of R2.50/km, on the agreement of a date and payment made upfront.
6.2 You have the option to book a pet courier (extra cost) or use the standard courier company. Shipping cost varies from door to door.
6.3 Shipping delays do occur occasionally, but this is not something that happens very often. If a shipping delay occurs, we are not responsible for it. We can not be held accountable for any death(s) of animal(s) due to delays while in transit.
6.4 Live arrival is the only guarantee on all purchases. If for some reason the animal shall arrive dead, you will be refunded the cost of the animal but not the shipping. We are not responsible for anything that could happen after the animal arrives alive to your door step. We are not responsible for improper husbandry and so forth.
If the animal should arrive dead or have any issues, you must contact me within the first 30 minutes and include at least 5 pictures of the dead animal and one video of the animal.
If we are not informed within 30 minutes our agreement of sale terms will be voided and you will NOT be issued a refund for any problems that might occur or had occurred during transit.
6.5 If you are not home at the agreed upon arrival date to take in the animal and there are any issues, there will be no refund.
