10.1.1 Live Arrival Guarantee : We guarantee that our animals will arrive alive and in good health .
10.1.2 If an animal arrives deceased or injured , we will either replace the animal or provide a refund in conjunction with our Shipping Policy , 9.6 Delivery Issues being complied to.
10.2 Supply Warranty
10.2.1 Manufaturer's Warranty : We honor the manufacturer's warranty for all supplies sold on our website.
10.2.2 Quality Guarantee : We guarantee thr quality of our supplies and will replace or refund any defective or damaged items.
